Best experience ever with a car dealer
I really wanted to share this review as i have had an amazing experience with the customer service and level of professionalism, i have just read the other review and i cant believe that this has come from this dealer, i would recommend my friends and family with this dealer as this is how much trust i have in this dealer. Also would like to state my old vehicle broke down and Romans gave me a loan car whilst my new car was getting ready for collection. A well trusted dealer..

Having just picked up my new Range Rover from John at Romans of St Albans, I can't say enough about the service received. From my initial inquiry to the pick up of the car it was a top class experience, John is a gentleman and his team are excellent. Nothing was an issue, all e mails and calls were responded to very quickly and they made it a pleasure to deal with them. The franchise dealers should take a leaf out of Romans book and try to achieve the same level of customer service, I would recommend going to see John and his team if you are looking for a quality car with a service second to none, and I will be back there myself when the time comes to change. Having always purchased my cars via a main branded dealership I was slightly nervous about buying my next car through a private dealer. David, John and the team very quickly put my mind at ease. The whole experience from start to finish was very professional and personalised. Having had my new car for 2 months I can't recommend Romans of St Albans enough because the after care service is exceptional. I am fairly confident that this will be a longstanding relationship.

I sold my Aston Martin through Romans. David and John were very helpful and professional when it came to the sale. They found the right buyer for the car and when the deal was done they transferred the money straight into my account. With such a high value car I was relieved to be dealing with a reputable company. Will def use again for purchase or sale.

I have found Romans to be professional and courteous both when I purchased a Porsche 911 and, subsequently, the warranty service I received with a clutch issue was first class.

Shortly after purchasing the car it became clear that the clutch needed changing which is quite a big job and was done by Romans at my convenience and without fuss.

I have always taken my cars for servicing to my Local Porsche dealer, but became sick and tired of the ridiculous bills I would receive. As a result I started to look elsewhere for a reputable dealer to service my vehicle. I came across Romans who were very helpful and carried out the complete service for half the price. This was 5 years ago, and they have been looking after my car every since.
